Garnik Danielyan: There are rumors  circulating that Ishkhan  Saghatelyan and I  may have our parliamentary revoked  in September

ArmInfo. Rumors are being actively circulated that Ishkhan Saghatelyan and I will have our parliamentary immunity  stripped of in September, Garnik Danielyan, MP from the opposition faction <Hayastan,> told reporters on August 20 outside the courthouse in Yerevan.

It seems that in Armenia, dissent and opposition are considered  criminal offenses. Now they are also threatening to charge us with  revanchism  when talking about Artsakh. They will find some article  to use against us>,  he said.

As the opposition MP noted,  the arrested activists of the "Sacred  Struggle" movement, led by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader  of the movement,  along with patrons and participants in the Artsakh  war, are being charged  for their dedication to their homeland and  their opposition to territorial concessions to the enemy. In this  regard, Danielyan did not rule out that he and MP Ishkhan Saghatelyan  from the "Hayastan" faction, may also face detention in connection  with the "Sacred Struggle" case. "When you consider it, what  exactly  did Samvel Karapetyan, the archbishops and others do to warrant their  arrest?" the opposition MP emphasized.
