ANC member on declaring Armenian premier `legally incapable` 

ArmInfo. Nikol Pashinyan returned from vacation and published three posts at once, from which one can conclude that today Armenia is governed by a person who, in terms of his mental and emotional state, to put it mildly, is inadequate (not up to par) for his position. This assessment was made by Deputy Chairman of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) Levon Zurabyan in his post on the social network titled .

"Three concerts are held in Armenia in two months - with  approximately 22 thousand, 31 thousand and 41 thousand spectators.  This is a celebration of life and peace that is taking place in  Armenia. In real Armenia, a celebration of the lives of real people.  Well done!,"  Pashinyan's first post on the social network Facebook  reads.

In the second post, Pashinyan, reacting to the decision of the  Commission on the Prevention of Corruption, apologizes for his post  'Holiness, continue having sex with your uncle's wife' (The  Commission concluded that the Prime Minister's post constitutes a  violation of Article 48 of the Code of Conduct - ed.).

"But I have revealed my sin to You and have not concealed my  iniquity; I said, 'I will confess my transgressions to the Lord, and  You have forgiven me the guilt of my sin' (Psalm 31),"  the third  post of the Prime Minister of Armenia says.

That is, Zurabyan notes, the first post indicates that Pashinyan  wants to present the number of people who came to the concerts of  Zemfira, Jennifer Lopez and Arkady Dumikyan as a result of his  peacekeeping policy of Real Armenia. In the second post, apologizing  to everyone for his public obscene statements, he admits that he was  unable to properly control his . In the third post,  Pashinyan asks God for forgiveness in a psalm for his lawlessness and  the severity of these sins.

"All this shows that in Pashinyan we are dealing with a person who  inadequately perceives reality, who is trying to prove his case with  completely extraneous, irrelevant phenomena, who clings to any  positive in order to hide the negative he brings, who is in a state  of severe internal psychological struggle, who is unable to even  control his emotions for the sake of statehood and public solidarity.

By and large, we are dealing with a clown who is governing Armenia,  or a mentally ill person who is going through difficult trials, it is  not so important," Zurabyan notes.

In essence, the politician notes, we are talking about the Prime  Minister's legal capacity, which is described in Armenian legislation  as follows: a person can be recognized as incapacitated if 1) he  suffers from a mental disorder, 2) he cannot understand the meaning  of his actions or control them.

"Unfortunately, unlike, for example, the United States, our  Constitution does not provide for a clear constitutional mechanism  for recognizing the head of the Republic of Armenia as incapacitated.  If I am wrong, I ask lawyers to answer," the deputy chairman of the  ANC summarizes.
