ArmInfo. Armenia ranks among the top three countries where Russian travelers with children booked hotel rooms in the first week of September, according to a study conducted by the travel planning service OneTwoTrip, as reported by TASS.
Internationally, the UAE was the most popular destination for Russians with children booking hotels in the first week of September, accounting for 14.3% of bookings and experiencing a 7.5 fold increase compared to the previous year. Kazakhstan (10.2%) and Armenia (8.2%) were the next most popular choices. Kazakhstan was not in the top rankings last fall, and demand for housing in Armenia has grown 4.3 times. In September 2024, Russian tourists with children preferred vacationing in Georgia, Italy and Spain, which did not make it to the top destination in 2025.
