Armenia, Azerbaijan FMs hold phone conversation 

ArmInfo.Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.  According to the press  service of the Foreign Ministry, the parties discussed the  implementation of the Joint Declaration  signed during the Washington  D.C. Summit, as well as confidence-building measures.  Mirzoyan and  Bayramov also exchanged views on regional issues and reaffirmed their  readiness to continue direct dialogue.
