Ararat Mirzoyan holds phone conversation with Sergey Lavrov

ArmInfo.Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the RA MFA reports.

It is reported that Mirzoyan presented to his Russian counterpart the  agreements reached in Washington DC on August 8, in particular, the  initialing of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the  joint appeal on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk process and related  structures, as well as emphasized the reaffirmed fundamental  principles in the issue of unblocking regional communications.

Minister Mirzoyan expressed gratitude for the congratulations and  support of the Russian Foreign Minister on this important milestone.  The interlocutors also touched upon issues of bilateral collaboration  between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation.
