State Register of Armenia: Not all Artsakh companies managed to  re-register in Armenia

ArmInfo.Some Artsakh companies can no longer be included in the state register of Armenia, as reported to ArmInfo by Haykuhi Hovsepyan, the chief specialist of the department of registration in the state register of legal entities.

According to her, this opportunity was previously available to  companies, but she believes that the deadline will not be extended  for a second time. According to her, currently there are no such  decisions.  "That is, all those companies or firms that did not  manage to do this in time no longer have this opportunity, and, in  fact, are operating outside the law. And the rest continue to operate  in Armenia as legal entities," Hovsepyan clarified.

Note that ArmInfo also tried to obtain information on how many  companies from Artsakh managed to re- register in Armenia. However,  this information was not provided to us, as it is only provided  upon  written request, thus creating bureaucratic red tape.
