Pashinyan: Prisoners` issue in Azerbaijan addressed at highest level

ArmInfo. I have already said that there were no negotiations in which we did not raise the issue of our compatriots held captive in Azerbaijan.  Armenian Prime  Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this, while responding to questions  from Armenian media in Washington.

He emphasized that this issue has been discussed at the highest  level. ,  Pashinyan said.

Additionally, he noted that these humanitarian issues can be resolved  within the framework of the historical progress achieved between  Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Prime Minister also confirmed that the  issue also concerns the military-political leadership of Artsakh. "We  do not separate, we consider the humanitarian issue in its overall  context. And we have maintained this stance in the past. Another  issue is that they were partially resolved for subjective and  objective reasons," he said, adding that efforts will continue in  this regard.
