Preliminary investigation investigation into `Sacred Struggle` case  over 

ArmInfo. The Investigative Committee of Armenia has completed the preliminary investigation of the criminal case against 18 leaders and participants of the "Sacred  Struggle" movement. This was reported by the press service of the  department.

The Investigative Committee recalled that during the preliminary  investigation of the criminal case against 18 leaders and  participants of the movement, criminal prosecution was initiated  under Part 1 of Article 43- 308 of the Criminal Code (preparation for  terrorism) and Part 1 of Article 43-419 of the Criminal Code  (preparation for the seizure of power).

Detention was chosen as a preventive measure against 17 individuals,  and administrative supervision and a written undertaking not to leave  were chosen against 1 individual.

The criminal case against 18 individuals was sent with the indictment  to the supervising prosecutor with a motion for its approval and  transfer to the court for consideration on the merits.
