ArmInfo. On August 4, at about 1:10pm, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire on an excavator carrying out construction work on interposition roads located 4,500 meters northeast of  Verishen village in the Syunik region, as reported by the Armenian Defense Ministry.
