Armenia, Greece sign cultural cooperation agreements 

ArmInfo. Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MONKS) of Armenia, has signed documents on cooperation in culture during a  meeting with Minister of Culture of Greece Styliani Mendoni at the  National Gallery.

As reported by the press service of the Ministry, the signed  documents include a program of cooperation in the field of culture,  an agreement on the prevention of illegal circulation of cultural  values, a memorandum of cooperation between the National Philharmonic  Orchestra of Armenia and the Megaron Concert Hall in Thessaloniki, as  well as a memorandum of cooperation between the Armenian Cinema  Foundation and the Greek Cinema Center.

Andreasyan and Mendoni expressed confidence that the signed documents  will give a new impetus to enhance cultural relations between Armenia  and Greece and create new opportunities for cooperation. In this  context, the parties discussed issues related to cultural exchange  programs, inter-museum cooperation, hosting Culture Days in each  other's countries, joint exhibitions and film projects,  cultural  heritage preservation and sharing management experience.
