ICRC Delegation Head in Armenia meets with Syunik administration  officials  

ArmInfo.  Nare Ghazaryan, Deputy Governor of Syunik, and advisor Nvard Harutyunyan received Daphnee Maret, Head of Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia. Other officials of the organization were also present at the meeting.

As reported by the press service of the Syunik Governor's Office,  this was the first meeting between the head of the ICRC delegation  and  authorities in this region. During the meeting, the parties  discussed the outcomes of joint work  in Syunik last year, as well as  ongoing projects. They also touched upon the results of the programs  implemented under the signed memorandum of bilateral cooperation.  Ghazaryan and Harutyunyan expressed gratitude to the International  Committee of the Red Cross for their efforts in developing border  settlements and improving healthcare in the region. In turn, the ICRC  representatives acknowledged the high  level of efficiency in their  cooperation with the Syunik Governor's Administration.
