ArmInfo. We do not violate the presumption of innocence of anyone. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement during a press conference on July 16, addressing the issue of the authorities' accusing  opposition forces and the clergy of terrorism.

He referred to the practices of the most democratic countries, where political discussions begin in cases of such high-profile criminal charges. "That is, I want us to distinguish between political  and legal assessments," the Prime Minister said.

According to the head of government, the indictment was issued by authorized investigative bodies, and it is the role of the political body or citizen to react  and give an assessment. "It's the same as if they told you not to write about it, but rather to wait for a court decision," he said, addressing the media. Pashinyan emphasized that a culture must be formed in the country where assessments are presented in reasoned manner.
