Chief of General Staff of Armenia to attend conference of European  Command

ArmInfo.   On July 14, at the invitation of the United States European Command, the First Deputy Minister of Defence-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of  the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, visited  the Federal Republic of Germany to participate in the LANDEURO  Conference.

As reported by the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry,  within the framework of the conference, Lieutenant General Asryan  held a working meeting with the Chief of Staff of the French Army,  General Pierre Schill. Issues related to cooperation between the  Armenian and French Armed Forces were discussed.

Lieutenant General Asryan also held several informal discussions with  senior military officials from the Land Forces of the United States  and various European countries.
