After a 14-year break, the opening of the 12th All-Armenian Youth and Student Meeting of the ARF held in Yerevan

ArmInfo. The opening of the 12th  All-Armenian Youth and Student Meeting of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun"  was held in Armenia after a break of 14 years.

As part of the meeting, over 400 youth representatives from 17  countries arrived in Armenia to participate in the opening ceremony  of the meeting and the march to the Aram Manukyan monument. Members  of the ARF Supreme Body and members of the Armenian parliament were  present at the event.

During his address, Ishkhan Saghatelyan,  representative of the ARF  Supreme Body, emphasized  the significance of the large number of  participants coming together during challenging times for Armenia and  its people. He emphasized that this gathering sends a clear message  and is a response to all those who in recent years have attempted to  destroy the ties between Armenia and the Diaspora, and hinder the  Armenian youth from entering the country.

Additionally, as the Dashnaktsakan emphasized, this shows that even  illegal actions, such as the detention of representatives of the ARF  youth movement, cannot stop the Armenian people in their struggle for  their rights.

Saghatelyan pointed out that throughout its history, the youth of the  ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" have consistently taken on responsibilities in  crucial moments for the Armenian people and have always fulfilled  them with dignity.
