Bagrat Galstanyan: I demand  competent authorities to release full  conversation

ArmInfo.  Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader of the Sacred Struggle protest movement, is calling for the release the full conversation, that was allegedly  taken out of context  and presented by the authorities as an  attempted terrorist act and overthrow of state power.

Note that  the fragment in question  contains the following  words:  "You shoot two, put 15 more in jail - and that's it, they disappear.  Compensation for the family - and they are happy."

"I insist that this edited, cut out part is a speech delivered in a  different context," Bagrat Galstanyan,  who is currently under arrest  in the NSS pre-trial detention center, wrote in his appeal. He noted  that on July 8, a group of hooligans attacked the  respected and  patriotic Armenian Artur Sargsyan in the National Assembly. "It could  not have been  otherwise, as for a year now they have been trying to  shake the steadfastness of our struggle with the most vile slander  and attacks. You will not succeed, and, moreover, you will be  defeated. However, the reason for this letter is not the statements  made in parliament, which violate the presumption of innocence, are  full of lies and slander and for which each of them will be held  accountable in court. The reason for my letter is the ill-fated  phrase "shoot two people and jail 15", which is attributed to me as  the crime plan of the century. I do not want to dispute the accuracy  of the recording now, this will be clarified in another case. First  of all, let me say how can  a person without power put 15 people in  prison, and within the logic of street fighting? This is simply  ridiculous: I demand that the competent authorities release the full  context of this conversation. I insist that this edited, cut-out part  is a speech delivered in a different context.
