ArmInfo.  Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas signed the agreement between Armenia and the EU  establishing a framework for the participation of the Republic of Armenia in  EU crisis management operations. Ani Badalyan, Press secretary of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, posted  this information on her Facebook page.
