In U.S., NA MPs presented details of Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process

ArmInfo. Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the RA National Assembly Committee on Foreign Relations and members of the Armenia- USA Friendship Group Arusyak Julhakyan, Maria Karapetyan and Gegham Nazaryan, currently in Washington on a working visit, had a meeting with Vern Buchanan, Chairman of the House Democratic Partnership Committee (HDP) and Vice Chairman of the Committee Dina Titus.

As reported by the press service of the Armenian parliament, Sargis  Khandanyan thanked the congressmen for the important role of the HDP  in developing parliamentary democracy in Armenia and emphasized the  importance of continuing this cooperation and the need to exchange  experiences in several areas.

During the meetings, the parliamentarians presented details of the  Armenian-Azerbaijani peace process and negotiations on the  normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations.
