"The post published on the Internet on June 26, 2025, contains clear factual data that a group of persons, acting by prior conspiracy, with the aim of incurring legal consequences, posted on the Internet a fake post created using artificial intelligence, entitled "Special Instruction of Nikol Pashinyan to the Chiefs of the National Security Service and Investigation", in which the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia allegedly gives instructions to the heads of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Armenia on specific criminal proceedings.
Based on the message received from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia, a criminal case was initiated in the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia under Article 364, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (computer forgery by a group of persons by prior conspiracy).
