24News contacted Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan, the head of the Shirak Diocese, who stated that he was not aware of the criminal case. <What do you want now, do you want me to be arrested? I have no comment. I am not aware, I wasn't asked to come to the investigative body>, he said.
