Armenia MFA Secretary General discusses bilateral cooperation with  his German counterpart

ArmInfo.  Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia Davit Karapetyan had a meeting with Peer Gebauer, the Head of the Central Department of the German Federal Foreign Office.  As reported by the press service of the Armenian MFA, during the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the Armenia-Germany cooperation agenda, addressing a number of issues of  mutual interest. The importance of deepening cooperation in both  political and economic spheres was emphasized.

The parties noted that such high-level interactions contribute to the  deepening of partnership relations between the foreign ministries of  the two countries and to the enhancement of the effectiveness of  bilateral cooperation.

The ongoing developments in the South Caucasus, as well as the  prospects for further deepening the Armenia-EU partnership were  touched upon. Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia  David Karapetyan presented the current state of the  Armenia-Azerbaijan and Armenia-Turkey normalization processes,  reaffirming Armenia's vision for the normalization of relations with  neighboring countries.
