Samvel Karapetyan transferred to  penitentiary  institution 

ArmInfo. Samvel Karapetyan, the owner of the Tashir group of companies, has been transferred to the <Yerevan-Kentron> penitentiary institution located in the building of  the National Security Service, known to the public as the <KGB  basement>. This information was reported to an ArmInfo correspondent  by the press secretary of the penitentiary service Nona Navikyan.
