Businessman Samvel Karapetyan could be transferred to NSS 

ArmInfo. The lawyers of the president of the Tashir Group of Companies Samvel Karapetyan have no information about his transfer from the Armavir penitentiary  institution to the Yerevan pretrial detention center of the National  Security Service. This was reported to the media by lawyer Armen  Feroyan.

According to him, information about this did appear in the press, but  most likely, a more complete picture of what is happening will be  available in 2-3 hours.

Earlier, the media reported that masked people were in the Armavir  penitentiary institution where Samvel Karapetyan is being held.  Rumors began to spread in the institution that NSS officers had come  for Samvel Karapetyan to transfer him to another detention center.  Most likely, this refers to the Yerevan Center penitentiary  institution, better known among the people as the NSS basement.
