Samvel Karapetyan confirms his lawyer`s statement on refusal to file  an appeal

ArmInfo.  Samvel Karapetyan, head of the Tashir Group of Companies, has confirmed his lawyer Armen Feroyan's statement on refusal to file a complaint to the Criminal  Court of Appeal.

In his appeal to the judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal Armen  Danielyan, the businessman noted that he was aware of  Danielyan's  reputation for favoring only pro-government decisions. Due to this,  he has decided to withdraw the appeal. "I believe that the outcome of  the complaint filed by my lawyer Armen Feroyan, under special  supervision,  is already predictable. Therefore I have chosen to  withdraw the complaint," the businessman stated.
