Samvel Karapetyan`s defense to seek justice in  ECHR

ArmInfo.  The defense  team of Samvel Karapetyan, President of the Tashir Group of Companies,  has decided to withdraw the appeal against the primary instance court's  decision to arrest the businessman, as indicated in the statement  issued by lawyer Armen Feroyan.

He has also stated that they plan to file a complaint with the  European Court of Human Rights due to the lack of effective domestic  defense mechanisms. "All necessary preparatory actions of the  lawyers' group for the immediate filing of a complaint with the  European Court of Human Rights are almost complete.  Additional  information will be provided on this matter," Feroyan's statement  reads.
