ArmInfo. On June 20, the property rights of the Republic of Armenia to the land adjacent to the TV tower on G. Hovsepyan Street in Yerevan were restored. This was reported today, June 23, by the press service of the RA Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the source, the territory of the land is valued at approximately 1 billion 44 million drams, which is equivalent to 2 million 686 thousand US dollars.
It occupies an area of 17 thousand 730 square meters.
The supervisory authority recalled that another claim of the Prosecutor General's Office was satisfied by the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court dated May 8, 2025. The Prosecutor General's Office applied to the court with a request to invalidate the purchase and sale agreement concluded on April 13, 2005 between the Mayor of Yerevan and an individual, and the state registration of the property rights to real estate.
