ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with Vice-President of the European Commission, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas.
As reported by the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, the interlocutors discussed the situation in the region, including Iran.
They exchanged views on efforts aimed at ensuring regional stability. In the context of humanitarian issues, they touched upon the possibility of evacuating third-country citizens from Iran through the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the recorded indicators.
The parties also touched upon recent discussions in the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as Armenia-EU cooperation. In the context of Yerevan-Brussels relations, the interlocutors exchanged views on the agenda of upcoming contacts.
