ArmInfo. Russia is closely following the case of businessman Samvel Karapetyan, as noted by  Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Of course we are watching. For us, he is a Russian citizen. We do  not want to interfere in the internal affairs of Armenia, but we, of  course, are most closely monitoring everything  related to the  Russian citizen," Peskov told journalists on the sidelines of the  SPIEF, RIA Novosti reports.
