ArmInfo. Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MECS) of Armenia Artur Martirosyan discussed the possibilities of sectoral cooperation between the countries at a meeting with the Ambassador of Luxembourg to the Republic Alain de Musier.
As ArmInfo was informed by the press service of the MESCS of Armenia, the parties considered the prospects for cooperation in the fields of education, culture and sports. In this regard, the ambassador emphasized the importance of implementing joint programs and exchanging experience between the states. In particular, the parties discussed the possibilities of developing inter-university cooperation, organizing joint concert programs with relevant structures, as well as holding tournaments.
Martirosyan, for his part, presented the government's "Academic City" initiative aimed at internationalizing Armenian universities and attracting foreign students.
In addition, the Deputy Minister and the Ambassador touched upon the Erasmus+ programs, the activities of the TUMO center for creative technologies and the EU initiative Creative Europe, emphasizing their role in strengthening international cooperation.
