Pashinyan addresses rumors, primarily spread  by members of his team,  that the is evident in  Samvel Karapetyan`s  actions

ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commented on rumors and hints, primarily spread mainly by members of his team, that the <hand of the Kremlin> is evident in the  actions and statements of the head of the Tashir Group of Companies,  Samvel Karapetyan, and that this process is part of a hybrid war  against Armenia.

<I have very close, working relations with the President and the head  of government of the Russian Federation, based on mutual trust.  I  cannot believe that  such actions against Armenia can take place from  the Kremlin or the White House (Government House of the Russian  Federation)>, he told journalists on June 18.

At the same time, he did not rule out that there is a high  probability that in Russia, as well as in other countries, there are  certain circles that are behind that hybrid war. Pashinyan expressed  a conviction that the RA authorities have all the capacity to manage  these hybrid risks.
