Pashinyan dismisses claims of a threat to Syunik as   amid rising tensions in Iranian-Israeli conflict

ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called statements by experts and politicians that the Iranian-Israeli escalation could pose a threat to the Syunik region  as provocative, given Azerbaijan's ambitions in the context of the  so-called <Zangezur corridor>.

<Such statements are unfounded and intended to generate panic in  Armenian society>, he told journalists on June 18. He noted that  Yerevan and Baku have agreed on the draft of the agreement on the  establishment of peace and interstate relations. In this regard, he  once again pointed out that there will be no war between Armenia and  Azerbaijan, there will be peace.
