"Moscow is closely following  the situation around the Russian  citizen Karapetyan, who is facing threats of arrest  in Yerevant  under strange pretexts," she said. Zakharova also mentioned that the  Russian side intends to provide the required assistance to ensure  that the businessman's legal rights  are upheld.
