Alen Simonyan: No one is detained without reason

ArmInfo. No one is detained without reason. Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan told  journalists on June 17, responding to  question regarding the detention of the Armenian-Russian businessman, well-known philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan.

<That means there is a reason behind it, but law enforcement officers will provide an answer to  this question>, the Speaker of the Parliament emphasized, noting that  he has learned about the detention of the philanthropist from the  media.  When asked if he  sees any connection between  Nikol  Pashinyan's status  and Samvel Karapetyan's subsequent detention, he  responded in the negative.
