Samvel Karapetyan is not ruling out interference in Armenian  authorities` anti-church campaign

"If Armenian politicians don't succeed in changing the situation, we will have to intervene in   Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's campaign against the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC)," Samvel Karapetyan,  president of the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs, and  head of the Tashir Group of Companies, told journalists.

He pointed out that the a group of individuals, who have forgotten  Armenian history and the thousand-year history of the Armenian  churches, have targeted the AAC and the Armenian people.  "I have  always been close to the AAC and close to the Armenian people. If  political forces in Armenia fail to address this issue, we will have  to intervene in the campaign against the Church," Karapetyan  concluded.
