Vladimir Karapetyan presents copies of his credentials to the head of  the MFA of Malta

ArmInfo. Ambassador Vladimir Karapetyan presented copies of his credentials to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Republic  of Malta  Ian Borge the day before, as reported by the press service  of the RA Embassy in Italy.

Deputy Prime Minister Ian Borge congratulated the Ambassador on the  start of his diplomatic mission in the Republic of Malta and wished  Ambassador Karapetyan success. He expresses confidence that his  activities would give a new impetus and substance to bilateral  relations.

The Ambassador, expressing gratitude for the warm welcome and good  wishes, assured that he would strive to do everything possible to  bring the RA-RM political dialogue to a new level, as well as to  expand bilateral cooperation in the economic, cultural, tourist and  other spheres.

During the meeting, the interlocutors touched upon several issues of  the bilateral agenda, as well as Armenian-Maltese cooperation on  international platforms. They exchanged views on efforts aimed at  establishing peace in the South Caucasus region.
