ArmInfo. The military-political leadership of Artsakh, inlawfully captured by the Azerbaijani regime, continues its struggle in extremely unequal conditions. Tigran Abrahamyan, MP from the opposition faction "I Have Honor," wrote on his Facebook page.
The MP highlighted an episode that had occurred during another sham trial in Azerbaijan involving Artsakh Parliament Speaker David Ishkhanyan. Abrahamyan clarified that during one of the previous sessions, Ishkhanyan requested to review the protocols of the "court sessions" held on May 24 and 26. However, the judge denied his request.
Additionally, the deputy noted that earlier several participants in the sham trial had told their relatives that the information published in the Azerbaijani press about the circumstances of the "trial" did not reflect reality. "They claimed that that their statements were distorted, and in some cases completely misrepresented," the deputy emphasized. Abramyan believes that David Ishkhanyan is trying to familiarize himself with the minutes of previous sessions to record instances of falsification. "The entire trial process of Armenians in Azerbaijani prisons is rife with fabrications - from testimonies to translations. I think that David Ishkhanyan is trying to familiarize himself with the minutes of past sessions to uncover these fabrications and prevent further ones," the deputy concluded.
