Matviyenko reaffirms Moscow`s readiness to continue cooperation with  Yerevan based on mutual respect and friendship

ArmInfo.  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation led by Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the  Russian Federation, who is on an official visit to the Republic of  Armenia.

As reported by the press service of the Armenian Prime Minister,  Pashinyan  welcomed the members of the delegation and touched upon  the current state of  relations between Armenia and Russia.   Valentina Matviyenko thanked for the warm welcome and reaffirmed the  readiness of the Russian Federation to continue cooperation with   Armenia based on mutual respect and friendship.

The parties exchanged views on a number of matters on the  Armenia-Russia agenda, including parliamentary contacts, as well as  economic and cultural ties.
