ArmInfo.  On the morning of June 6, Chairperson of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Alen  Simonyan laid flowers at the Eternal Flame in Yerevan's Victory Park.

The Russian parliamentary delegation, headed by Valentina Matviyenko,  arrived in Armenia the day before to participate in the 39th session  of the Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the  Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly  of the Republic of Armenia. The main topic of the session will be the  80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
