Zareh Sinanyan: One crucial aspect of state formation is  accountability and responsibility towards the people

ArmInfo. One crucial aspect of state formation  is the accountability and responsibility of individuals within the state towards the people.  In a similar way, Armenia's High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs  Zareh Sinanyan   addressed  the ongoing discourse  surrounding Prime Minister of  Armenia Nikol Pashinyan's interest  in the observance of the vow of  celibacy by Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin B   during a briefing  with journalists. 

Regarding  the opinions of the Diaspora on what is happening, the  Commissioner noted that the Armenian Diaspora, being a large and  diverse community,  has varying opinions on the matter, with some  supporting the Prime Minister and others holding opposing views.  He  believes that such discussions cannot harm the church. Sinanyan  expressed concern about the presence of individuals within the church  hierarchy who compromise it and ignore the internal charter, deeming  them more  dangerous for the church.
