Russian-Azerbaijani confrontation must not reach Armenia`s borders -  MP

ArmInfo.  The Russian-Azerbaijani political and propaganda skirmish continues in various manifestations. This was written on his Facebook page by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of  Armenia from the opposition faction "I have the honor".

"It has reached the point that there are even concerns in Russia that  at some point Azerbaijan will take the initiative to open a new front  against Russia. Although Russia does not ignore the signals coming  from the Baltic countries and Finland, at least at the visible level,  doubts are being expressed about Azerbaijan's behavior. However, if  at the end of last year, in the context of the downing of the  Azerbaijani plane, many considered the Russian-Azerbaijani  confrontation as a consequence of the current situation, then after  that, Azerbaijan took advantage of this opportunity to distance  itself from Russia and initiate various provocations against Russia,"  the deputy noted.

He added that in this situation the most dangerous thing for Armenia  is not to bring this conflict to the borders of the Armenian state,  the possibility of which cannot be ruled out.
