ArmInfo.Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received representatives of the foreign ministries of the Nordic-Baltic Eight.
As reported by the press service of the Prime Minister, Pashinyan welcomed the visit and noted that in recent years, Armenia has had an active political dialogue with the Northern Europe and Baltic countries, and several high-level mutual visits have taken place.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, cooperation is also developing within the framework of the democratic reforms being implemented in the country, particularly, in the direction of exchanging experience and strengthening institutional capacities. Touching upon Armenia-EU relations, the Prime Minister noted that the parties are currently working on developing a new cooperation agenda, which is expected to give new impetus to the further expansion of multi-sectoral ties.
The Prime Minister then answered questions of the meeting participants regarding the Armenia- Azerbaijan peace agreement, the demarcation process, regional developments, the development of Armenia-EU cooperation, and other matters of international significance.
