ArmInfo. I believe that we need to pay close attention to public rhetoric, and I consider this as a direct task of education. Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, shared a similar opinion with journalists, when asked if swearing helps the educational process.
<We have discussed the issue of children being taught inappropriate words in families, and I find this unacceptable. We can communicate, discuss various issues, have disagreements, while using the rich vocabulary of our language>, she said.
When asked whether government officials should serve as an example for children in this regard, and who should start this process, Andreasyan simply laconically emphasized that it is everyone's task.
The minister refused to comment on the curses posted on a social network a few days earlier by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan against the clergy. She stated that the head of government had already explained his statement with subsequent statuses, which she believed was sufficient.
In response to a question regarding the claim made by Pashinyan at the last government meeting that < our churches have turned into storage spaces>, Zhanna Andreasyan noted that there is a serious issue in society as a whole with the way monuments are treated.
