ArmInfo. On May 30, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Sargis Khandanyan received Jakob Wollenstein, the Head of the Regional Program Political Dialogue: South Caucasus of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
As reported by the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, regional issues were discussed at the meeting. Sargis Khandanyan spoke about the negotiations on signing Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, presented the Crossroads of Peace project, initiated by the Government of Armenia.
The interlocutors discussed issues regarding the enhancement of cooperation between Armenia and Germany, Armenia and the EU, the support of Germany in visa liberalization with the EU for citizens of the Republic of Armenia. The head of the Foundation's Yerevan office, Liana Marukyan, also participated in the meeting.
