ArmInfo. Mushegh Aramyan, an activist of the Tavush for the Motherland movement, has been acquitted. This was written on his Facebook page by the activist's lawyer, Arsen Babayan.
"The judge issued an acquittal against him, without qualifying the incident between the police and the protesters at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as hooliganism," the lawyer said.
On May 31, a protest organized by the Tavush for the Motherland movement took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the event, clashes occurred between activists and law enforcement officers, which led to the involvement of additional forces, including special forces. As a result of these events, about 16 people were detained.
