ArmInfo. CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov announced positive changes in the situation in the South Caucasus at a meeting of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly Council.
"There are certain positive developments in the Caucasus. These are the statements made by the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the completion of negotiations and the agreement on the text of an interstate document for peace between the two countries. We are hopeful for the earliest possible signing of the document will be signed as soon as possible and expect that its implementation will pave the way for peace and stability in the South Caucasus," Tasmagambetov said at a meeting in Bishkek.
