ArmInfo. The Republic of Armenia has registered ownership of a 1.6- hectare land plot next to the Yerevan TV Tower, valued approximately $1 million 650 thousand.

As reported by the press service of the supervisory authority, on May  16, 2025, the RA obtained ownership of a 1.687 hectare land plot next  to the TV tower on G. Hovsepyan Street in Yerevan, intended for  purposes, with a cadastral value of 645, 950,000 drams,   equivalent to approximately 1, 650,000 US dollars.  Note that the  Department of State Interests Protection at the Prosecutor General's  Office had their claim approved by the ruling of the Anti-Corruption  Court on April 4, 2025.
