ArmInfo. 10 high school students from Armenia will take part in the international cultural and educational project "Train of Memory 2025". This was written on his Facebook page by Alexey Sandykov, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the ruling faction "Civil Contract".
"This year, 10 high school students from Armenia will go on an exciting two-week journey through the cities of Russia and Belarus on a modern double-decker train. They will visit Brest, Minsk, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Samara and many other cities that preserve the memory of the Great Patriotic War," the parliamentarian wrote.
He added that the Republic of Armenia has been participating in this project since 2023.
The deputy held a meeting with the project participants, with whom he discussed a number of organizational issues.
The patriotic cultural and educational project "Train of Memory" was initiated in 2022 by the heads of the upper houses of parliaments of Russia and Belarus and is dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. This year, its participants will be schoolchildren from various countries, winners of Olympiads and competitions on the topic of the Great Patriotic War. They will be able to visit cities of military glory in both countries.
