Echmiadzin Mayor Diana Gasparyan  submitted her resignation

ArmInfo. Echmiadzin Mayor Diana Gasparyan has submitted her resignation. "The time has come for me to  make a choice between my family and work", she wrote on a social network.

She described the last seven years as the most important period of  her life. At the same time, Gasparyan believes that her greatest loss  over the past seven years has been the time she could have spent with  her family and relatives, but due to her busy schedule, she spent it  on work.

"Dear fellow citizens, I am writing to inform you that at this stage  of my life, I have made a difficult decision to devote myself to a  quiet family life, raising a child and expanding my family.  Therefore, in the near future, I will resign from my position as a  member of the Vagharshapat community council and stepping down from  my role as head of the community," she wrote, thanking the Civil  Contract party and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for <trusting this  inexperienced girl in 2018 and being by her side all these seven  years."
