ArmInfo. The Martuni stadium in the Gegharkunik region of Armenia has been returned to the community, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office reports.
Earlier, the department reported that within the framework of the criminal proceedings, based on the prosecutor's petition, the community's property rights to the 6.5-hectare land plot of the Martuni stadium in the Gegharkunik region were registered, the person holding the right to lease was notified of the termination of the lease agreement, and measures were being taken to invalidate the registration of the person's property rights to 5 buildings located on the land plot.
On May 12, 2025, the property rights of the Martuni community to the real estate located at 22 Getapnya 2nd Street in the same community, with a cadastral value of 123 million 224 thousand drams, with an area of 65 thousand 625 square meters, were restored.
Based on the decision of the head of the community, unauthorized buildings on the land plot, which had 4th degree damage, were unusable and in disrepair, were dismantled, and on May 12, 2025, the right to lease the land plot by the person registered on December 9, 2009 was terminated.
