Armenia`s premier sends congratulatory message to Pope to Leo XIV

ArmInfo.  RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Leo XIV on the occasion of his election as Pope.

The message, which was distributed by the government press service,  reads, in particular: "Your Holiness! I cordially congratulate you on  your election as Pope! I hope that your God-pleasing mission will  contribute to the establishment of peace, justice and tolerance  throughout the world.

I reaffirm Armenia's commitment to further deepening and developing  interstate relations between Armenia and the Holy See and the  existing high-level political dialogue based on strong historical  ties, common values, spiritual and Christian cultural heritage.  Taking this opportunity, I wish you good health and success in your  noble and humane mission. Please accept, Your Holiness, the  assurances of my deepest respect," Pashinyan's congratulations read.
