Some $100,000 to be returned to state budget - RA Prosecutor`s Office

ArmInfo.  About 100,000 US dollars will be returned to the state. The court granted the prosecutor's office's motion, the press service of the department reports.

In particular, it is noted that another claim of the Department for  the Protection of State Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office  was satisfied by the ruling of the Anti-Corruption Court dated May 6,  2025.  After the entry into force of the judicial act, 39 million 415  thousand drams, which is equivalent to about 100,000 US dollars, will  be collected in favor of the Republic of Armenia.

On July 31, 2024, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim with  the Anti-Corruption Court for damages, demanding that V.M. collect in  favor of the Republic of Armenia the damages caused to the state as a  result of non-payment of tax obligations
